Athletics Weekly reports that Feyisa Lilesa, 2016 Olympic marathon silver medalist from Ethiopia, has been added to the field for Sunday's Great North Run....

The 2017 Great North Run will be broadcast live from Newcastle/Gateshead, UK on Sunday, September 10 via the BBC. The broadcast will be geo-restricted to the UK. It will begin at 9:30am BST.
